An entirely new 53 hectare CBD is currently being developed in the heart of busy Maroochydore (on a reclaimed former golf course), which will dramatically modernise the face of business and provide adequate space for economic growth. Forecast to service a wider catchment of over two million people by 2030, the Maroochydore City centre has been declared a Priority Development Area by the Queensland Government.

Have you ever looked at a bustling CBD and thought... “I wish I could of invested in property here before it was developed”? Now is literally your opportunity to do that.
